I think the automated emails for different treatments are great. Even though we haven’t fully utilized them yet, they are a huge help. The loyalty points are loved by our customers – they can see them in the app and use them for products or additional treatments.

The quick transition made it a bit stressful, but the team – especially Janet and later Jason (Salonkee team members) – supported us extremely well. Someone was always available, even during the holidays. The help with setting up services and email automations was particularly helpful.
Yes! With deposits, reminder SMS, and emails, we’ve noticeably reduced no-shows. At first, we only had credit card payments, but now, with PayPal, it’s much more flexible.
We use email campaigns (e.g., for holidays or discount promotions), promo codes for complaints and special offers for younger customers, and also vouchers – often with a bonus value (e.g., €110 worth for €100 purchase).
