I was worried I might lose my reviews when switching to Salonkee – but that wasn’t the case. All my reviews remained visible even after the transition.

Q&A

There were several key reasons: 1. No commissions: I was previously with one of Salonkee’s competitors, and commissions were a real issue there. 2. Great customer management: I can easily send newsletters, assign loyalty points, and maintain customer relationships much more effectively. 3. Simple accounting and payment management: At the end of each month, I know exactly what my salon’s costs are. The integration with my accountant through DATEV makes everything incredibly easy.

I especially love the waiting list feature. My clients appreciate it a lot, and it’s extremely practical for managing appointments efficiently.

I think many salons hesitate because they’re already working with another provider and fear losing their reviews. But that’s absolutely not an issue - your reviews remain visible after the switch! I didn’t know that at first, and had I known, I would’ve switched much sooner. My advice: Just go for it - you won’t regret it!

My clients love the waiting list and the ability to save their payment method in advance. Some even think they’ve already paid — that’s how seamless the system is! Overall, the feedback has been 100% positive – I haven’t received a single complaint.

Yes, clients are required to enter their card details when booking. It works perfectly, even though I don’t always charge a fee for no-shows – only when it’s really necessary. I think it’s important to raise awareness: in hotels or other industries, prepayments are completely normal. Salons also have ongoing costs like rent and staff, and this system helps create a sense of shared responsibility.

Definitely! I save a lot of time every day because everything is integrated into one system – I no longer need to juggle multiple tools.

It was excellent. My training session was with Christine Decker, and she was amazing! She knew the platform inside and out and tailored the training perfectly to my needs. I’d give it a 10 out of 10.

Also a 10 out of 10! Every time I reach out – even through the app – I get quick and helpful responses. The team is always professional, friendly, and reliable.
